- voyagecare We are looking to recruit motivated Support Workers to make a difference to our residents across Norfolk, Fenland and Cambridge. We provide support to adults with learning difficulties and physical difficulties, autism and behaviours which may challenge in a variety of settings. All the people we support are provided with holistic care using principals of personalisation and person centred care. This will mean that you will be providing support with personal care, cooking, cleaning and social inclusion to name but a few. Your role is pivotal in enabling them to become as independent as possible whilst maintaining and building on their skills and life experiences. The support we provide spans over 24hrs, with a variety of shift work including weekends, bank holidays and overnight. Hours vary dependent on what the person wants to do be it shopping to household chores to accessing activities within the community.
