We have a vacancy for a proactive candidate with good Microsoft office and computer skills. The role includes speaking with customers, resolving issues and documenting our ticketing system. You will be working as part of a team so good communication skills are required. A high level of motivation and enthusiasm is preferred over experience as full training will be given.
