RIELLO Energy For Life Technical Helpline Operator Huntingdon (UK) Office based role PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS: Support of Riello products through proactive and customer friendly technical assistance To provide telephone and on-line pre and post sales technical support to customers, installers and service technicians requiring guidance and assistance on Riello burner products To assist internal staff with pre and post sales technical support. GENERAL DUTIES (but not limited to): Telephone and email assistance with fault finding on Riello products installed in the field Parts identification and selection for spare part enquiries Technical enquiries related to design, performance, approval, production, and operation of Riello products. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, help sheets, reports and records on computer database. Input call information and update customer records as necessary on CRM system. Any other duties as reasonably required to assist with Riello Limited technical operations CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE/ATTRIBUTES: Direct technical experience of forced draught burner/boiler applications preferred. Full training on the Riello product portfolio will be given Good communication skills, written and verbal, and a competent confident telephone manner Previous technical helpline experience desirable, but not essential Ability to organise time and prioritise workload with minimal supervision, whilst managing customer expectations.
